Grants of $5,000 to Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC artists in eligible locations to further artistic practices through public projects and research. Funding is intended for visual artists in a broad wide range of multidisciplinary and experimental practices, particularly for those artists that emphasize collaboration and discourse. Applicants must live within the greater Washington area either in DC, Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Montgomery, or Prince George’s counties.
