Grants to Virginia nonprofit organizations in eligible areas for housing projects that benefit local residents. Funding is intended for activities that promote workforce housing and advance the organizational capacity required to improve housing production, leverage other funding, and model innovative workforce housing strategies in Loudoun.
Projects will be judged based on their innovation, replicability, impact on workforce housing production, and leverage of other resources. Eligible expenses include consultant fees, staffing costs, feasibility studies, site control costs, and/or planning expenses.

The minimum grant size expected to be awarded is $50,000. The maximum grant is $350,000.
Grants will be awarded for expenditure over a one-year period.
