Grants to New York, Connecticut, and Virginia nonprofit organizations in eligible areas for teen parenting and independent living programs for individuals with mental illness. Teen parenthood programs should focus on the development of parenting skills of young parents. Eligible areas include New York City and Westchester, New York, Southwestern Connecticut, and Charlottesville, Virginia.
