Eligible organizations serve the community by addressing its most critical needs in the following areas: economic and community development; health, wellness, and treatment; quality of life; environmental enhancement; and education and youth. Grantmaking is focused in the following counties: Ashe, Alleghany, Watauga, Wilkes, Avery, Caldwell, Alexander, Burke, Catawba, Grayson, and Carroll.
