Eligible organizations serve the residents of South Hampton Roads, including those in Chesapeake, Eastern Shore of Virginia (Accomack and Northampton counties), Franklin, Isle of Wight County, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Virginia Beach.
